REFUND POLICY

If you would like to refund or exchange your item(s), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to do so.

Sale items are excluded from the refund policy and sales of these items are final.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item(s) is damaged or incorrect in order for us to rectify the issue.

All products, including labels, boxes/packaging, must be returned in unused and resale-able condition. All delivery and return delivery charges will not be refunded unless the product is found to be at fault.

 

It is strongly advised that the customer to use a trackable and fully insured return delivery service in order to cover any loss or damage during the return postage process. The customer will need to keep hold of the tracking documentation until your refund/exchange has been completed.

 

We will not refund any orders that have have gone missing or sustained damage during this returns process. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not comply with our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Wax melts are very fragile and sometimes get broken during transit. We do our best to avoid this from happenning, however, it's something we cannot control. Although the products may be broken, the scent throw, wax pool and general use will not be effected.

To arrange a return or exchange please email your name, order number, photos and reason for returning/exchanging your item(s) to satoriaromas@gmail.com to obtain your unique returns reference number and returns address details.

Please note that such returns may be accepted at our discretion. If approved, any refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.
